With the supporting from Nike Running Team, I went to Taipei with other 8 runners from Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou to run the 2010 Fubon Taipei Marathon. I challenged myself the Half-Marathon, and succeeded finally.
Special thanks to Angel, Rhianna from Nike Running Team.
With many friends help and support, I had a chance to took part in the amazing Nike Shanghai 10K with over 10000 people on November 6th.
I ran out 57 Mins finally, It’s really a challenge to me.
The REAL CHALLENGE to me.
From Oct. 1st – 6th, I just travelled to Seoul and experienced the real korean lifestyle. My friend In Jung (인정) guided me to visit almost every famous place of her city and tasted good local foods. At this time, I knew more about Kimchi (김치) which is such a great food in korean life. Korean people serve Kimchi at almost every meal and there are uncountable varieties of Kimchi.
Fortunately, I could run to the bank of Han River (한강) and the bridges above the river in the morning. The air was so fresh and cool after 2 days raining.
What a amazing trip to Seoul!
Thanks IJ!

I Run the Jamsil Railway Bridge on Han River, Seoul (서울 한강 잠실철교).
