As one of the most famous 1994 films, “Forrest Gump” was very inspirational to all of us. This time, I continued my creation of pyrography craftsmanship on sneakers, with the paint depiction presented “Forrest Gump” on Nike Cortez to celebrate the 40th Anniversary of Nike Cortez this year.

The character names “Forrest Gump” and “Jenny Curran” are crafted on the left and right rear, beneath Gump’s silhouette and the iconic feather which are engraved on the rear white leather pieces (I thought Jenny was like the floating feather in the film, finally back to Gump after a long trip). “Life is like a box of chocolates, You never know what you’re gonna get.” is painted on the bottom of sole together with the ZJ DESIGN logo. The typeface in this artwork is used the original film typeface.
